Does anyone find it difficult to excel in their role? I am a woman of color, I have been in my role for 6 years, have multiple degrees, and perform at a level of exceeding expectations, but yet, I am unable to get an interview each time I apply for a new role.

I am currently interviewing for a management position, this will be the first management position I hold. I hold a masters degree and about 7 years experience in the business. Any advice on how to show I am ready/can handle this position? The only qualification from the job description I don’t hold is the management part.

I wish to join one of the top consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, B&C etc. I am currently working as a Business Analyst with a work ex of 3 years.
I have started exploring on my own and one thing that came out different were Case Studies interviews and I have started reading and preparing for them.

Hi Fishes, I recently made a switch and my ctc jumped from 13.5 lpa to 38 lpa.I have moved to a prdct based compny,they have given the ctc I have asked for and on top of it additional joining bonus of 6 lks & rsu.I was very happy with it because I got little more than I have asked and I didn't try anything else even though I had 50 days of notice period left. But now when I see other posts where people with lesser yoe is getting almost the same package I doubt if I settled for less

I currently work at a super small firm in dc working on international litigations and some arbitration and I’d like to transition to a medium or big firm, but am feeling discouraged because of all the talk about how bad the job market is. 1. Does HSBC provide bonus to those who are serving notice period?. I got an offer yesterday and thinking to put resignation but I have heard if you are serving notice period on March pay day then you will not be entitled for the annual bonus.

2. If suppose your 60 days of notice period is completing on Sunday then what will be the last working day. Will it be next working day I.e. Monday or last working day I.e. Friday?
