How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My first switch. I got an offer from KPMG India. I accepted that and after that I got an offer from Deloitte India. I didn't show the offer to Deloitte. Deloitte is giving a bit more extra in fixed part like 50K. Now I want to join Deloitte. Don't want KPMG to match or give more. But as I accepted the offer already I am thinking what would be the impact in future if I think to join KPMG someday.
