Hi Everyone , I have offer from both Amdocs and KPMG . Amdocs is offering me better pay than KPMG But in Amdocs the project is of Development + Support (linx , sql and azure databricks ) and in Kpmg purely Azure based development .

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

When I was on my very first project after years of experience and no PowerPoint skills and getting hired on at my last consulting firm, I was utterly confused and annoyed at how much time we spent on slides. Seriously, who cares?
Exited to a boutique firm, assigned to FS industry client, and I'm using Pptx every day and all the client contacts are amazed at PowerPoint skills, and I'm just thinking to myself how much of a PPT novice I am and they should see the people I used to work with.

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
