Aprox - 3.80L to be under claim based remuneration and not actual ctc.

Current Package : 16 LPA all fixed
YOE : 7.2 years, Tech Stack .NET Fullstack with Angular and Azure .

Should I counter for more? I still have 90 days of notice left.
Also if there are any other benifets Broadridge provides that i can discuss with HR apart from salary package.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.
