Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.

I got H1B and done with my stamping. My Manager is telling they don't have budget in the project right now and holding me for 2 months. I want to travel as soon as possible, what can I do???
