Question from a non-PI lawyer, if there is a car accident that causes a major injury or even death to a passenger at the fault of the driver, how far will the civil liability go for the driver? I am data engineer with 3.8 YOE. I have offers from Accenture (11.5), tcs (11 LPA), wipro (14 LPA) and Publicis sapient (15 LPA).

Now I'm not so good at coding.

1) Monthly performance pay is 9.25 percent of CTC. Recruiter is saying this is fixed salary. Is this component always fixed or there are scenarios when company can deduct this? Even if one is on bench, is this fixed?

2) Performance Bonus / Quarterly variable is 12.7 percent of CTC. Is this too high or standard for all people at C3B level?

3) Together both make variable 22% of CTC. Is it normal or too high?

Recently read from the community that tcs raised salary for certain brand of people!! Why such initiative from the organisation??
