Tips for dealing with an older managing partner? I have plenty of older partners who are east to deal with, but the managing partner is stuck in 1995 and doesn’t seem to grasp how technology can be incorporated nor does he understand how to attract talent from younger generations. I like my firm, but I want to know how to approach these issues without offending him.

I joined GDS in Feb 2022. I have a balance of 2 special leaves total as of today. Would these leaves get expired after June? or does it carry forward for people on probation?
