Is it a good idea to resign first from current company and start searching for another job because my notice period is for 3 months and most companies won’t wait for you for 3 months.. Not Even getting calls if I Update as 3 Months NP ? And please let me know when is the good time to resign and search since I heard hiring will slow down now in the Year End

I started with my new company 2 days ago. I left my previous job because I was working as a contractor and they didnt have the budget to convert me to full time. My old boss now reached out and said the team really wanted me and leadership finally agreed to offer me a full time position. The offer is 20k higher than my new job. I really like the old team so it feels like it should be an easy decision. But how should I approach my new company regarding this offer?

Hi, anyone know anything about Sales Capture at Accenture? I’be been offered a role as sales enabler (role title is still unclear). The reason behind this is that I applied for a different job (SC) before the summer but didn’t get it, now they ask if I want to go into this role and they want to secure it soon. I know nothing about this role other than what the MD have described. They don’t have an ad for the position so I don’t know what I should think. Is it a good role or is it like a PA role?

I got offers for Organization Change Management consultant role fro PwC SDC and Atos Consulting.

If anyone has worked in these two roles/practices/companies, it would be really helpful in making a decision. Based on my understanding:
Pros for Atos:
- Largely front end consulting role focused on the APAC GU
- Smaller team size compared with PwC SDC
- Emerging practice

Cons: typical IT company culture

Pros for PwC SDC: established practice and the PwC brand
Cons: large team, backend

Who’s hiring strategy directors and GSDs at the moment?

Looking to lateral into a fully remote ECVC role to have more flexibility to move closer to family and to hopefully have a better work life balance. However, I was told by my recruiter that Cooley, Gunderson, and Goodwin said they’re not offering remote roles in ECVC at this time. For some context, I’m class of 2019 coming from a V10 with M&A and CapM experience. Anyone hearing or seeing similar things? Curious if fully remote is no longer offered as much or if the ECVC market has slowed.
