Any advice on shifting from association law to commercial real estate in FL?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

Looking for a bit of insight on how commission or bonus is structured on flat rate residential real estate at Canadian law firms. I was offered a good base salary and I was asked what type of structure I was looking for. I am uncertain as to what is considered standard or what to look for in terms of bonus/commission structure. One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

Benefits wise De Shaw is incomparable to LTI.
My major concern is technology and location, how is hyderabd to relocate ?

I was working in Dotnet from last 10 year and it seems it doesn't give as much money as ML and other development provide.
