Go for uhg, pay structure is good
Variable you can get 80-100% easily.
Good exit opportunities (getting call from faang) as uhg is product based
Good environment
Only cons they have is useless hr, don't worry you will never need them there.
I agree with this. Don join service co and ruin your market value
I have worked with both HCL and Optum(uhg). UHG is any time better than hcl
Strange to UHG HR being blunt, i have had good exp with UHG. Worked in HCL too but for tech dev i wouldn't recommend HCL. It has name but thats it. Try to get more info on opportunity in UHG and make informed decision.
Best of luck
This is a major reason to think about the company now actually, when their behaviour is like this beforehand .. they could be bad afterwards as well easily
Have been with UHG optum. Its a good place than HCL lookout for variable pay. That's d eisk u may have. Good place to settle and retire
Thanks for your response, so as it is Monthly variable in hcl, it would approximately match with uhg, but uhg has yearly with rating system (sure it won't be 100 percent when released). And i am now looking for some onsite as well which uhg doesn't have. So, a bit confusing
Whichever has higher fix part, go for that.
