I need some help in deciding whether to switch. I am a fresher with 3 months of experience at a funded PBC. Current base is 9 LPA. The work and the team are really great, and I have a mentor who can comfortably focus on me for the foreseeable future.

I also recently cracked another offer of 13 LPA base at one of the Unicorns. I am really torn between running after good pay or learning from a good mentor, it's so early in my career.

I could use some advice from the senior folks.

Hi - I am pretty sure I will receive an offer for a university HR role paying at least 150K. The recruiter says "everyone here pretty much " works from home. I need a remote position for a number of reasons.. I'm concerned because the job posting says its a hybrid role. I am not that interested in the position itself but the money is great, it is a dir. position and it would advance my career. I'm willing to come in for meetings but hybrid is out of the question. Any suggestions?

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. I’m financially struggling and 3k is a big number to pay now. The new job will be paying me $2000/month up until the first year only. Does anyone else dread flying back home to spend a weekend in the town you grew up in? The older I get the harder it is for me to go home and visit for the weekend.
