I received an offer for Staff eng at Nagarro for 25LPA(yoe 6yrs). I'm an SAP FICO consultant.

Could someone please help me to choose b/w Deloitte@19LPA and Nagarro@25LPA
As I've received mixed feedbacks about the organisation(few very bad for SAP and few say just ok)
Questions that are bothering are:
1.How are SAP projects?Got to know most of them are SUPPORT projects. Learning scope?
2.Scope for project rejection and lock-in
3.How companies prefer a candidate from Nagarro when switching

Hoping for candid advice to get exceptional ratings. I want to apply to GSAP in 2 years and am curious if anyone had concrete advice of getting exceptional ratings besides making sure to work hard and take on responsibility. I.e. did you talk to your manager and ask if you’d receive an exceptional rating? Do you need to talk to a partner about that? Do extra and consistent “market” initiatives for partners and SMs you do client work with help you get the exceptional for client?

I’ve successfully started freelancing full time since being laid off from my full time job in March. I come from the European culture of education where teachers are highly respected - very much like in the Japanese society where teachers get the utmost respect, as high as if not even higher than doctors / surgeons.

Students stand up when the teacher enters the classroom, say “hello” when seen in the hallway, etc. Teachers are (or at least are expected to be) GIVEN the respect by students. Seems in the US respect has to be EARNED.

Note taking tips? I am SO bad at taking notes and remembering tasks. I have ADHD and have always struggled but for some reason it got worse in a job versus college. I live in a residential neighborhood near a university and I oftentimes run the track that surrounds the school. A few weeks ago, I ran into 2 men who were easily in their late 80s (maybe early 90s) and they seemed lost, so I stopped to help. It turns out, they weren’t lost, they were just planning their route because they walk 4 miles together every day. They were both professors at the school and now old friends. Something to aspire to - fitness and friendship - when I’m that age!
