Hi folks, I recently applied for a new role in EMEA for a Specialist Solutions Architect. Got through n received an offer letter. But seems like the base is a bit lower than what i saw online in a couple of places (not sure of years of experience there though). Is it worth it to bring it up and ask the HM to raise an exception? How much time will this take? Is it a risk? Already the entire process has dragged on cause of delays on recruitment's part etc. Any advice or insight would be helpful!

Is it internal movement cuz if it is then u cant negotiate and u will be given the lowest pay band. If its external movement then u can check with the HT
