Hi Folks. I wanted to check about H4 EAD application for my spouse.
Our visas were expiring, so extension was filed for both of us. My H1B visa extension is approved as of 2 weeks back, but my spouse's H4 visa extension is still in progress (showing case was received) and not fully approved yet.
Can we apply for H4 EAD parallely, while H4 is still in progress? What would be documentation requirements? Can someone please advise?
