i was interviewed for frontend role in. ibm and the feedback was excellent on first round, 2nd pdm interview was held on 12 oct and they conveyed verbally that i have cleared it as well but since then there is no response, every week i call the recruiter and he is constantly avoiding, recently he said we have shared mail for documentation, no mail came to me i conveyed, he said will call u in 2 mins and no callback or anything.. tomorrow is my lwd in current org, need suggestion plz

Just got a verbal from Oracle for a manager position and should be getting the official offer by EOW. When I got the verbal today she said “I don’t know if we’ll be able to get there but we may be able to get you 100K base”.. I’m seeing on Glassdoor and Comparably that the base is at 110 - 125… how should I bring this up or push for a higher base if it’s “the closest they can get? Just trying to prepare ahead of time so I know how to respond, I’m new to negotiating! Any help would be amazing!

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I am applying at Fidelity investment and the applications keep getting rejected. I have applied for at least 10 jobs that i believe are good fit but they keep getting rejected.
