I was laid off last month .Gave few interviews and got an offer recently. The issue is that they are offering me salary lower than the last company. The reason they gave me is bcoz you were receiving x salary in your last to last company and you switched in just 6 months . Why do companies ask for the expected ctc then ?What should I do? Have no other offers currently.
