Hey all, just to know how you all are sharing the holding offer letter to other companies if they are asking for it.
Only the first page or only the salary breakout or the whole letter?

Today's gains are great, but a little scary for the possible st pull back to come.

Have I just had bad luck with the companies I've been at or is it like this everywhere? I've had 7 managers in my 4 years of experience, 3 in one year at my first position (which is why I left) and now 4 at the 2nd company in 3 years. There has been a mix of people leaving and people getting fired but the instability feels extreme.

I got 4.31 ipf as my final anniversary rating. I know tcs give low hike but would like to know can i expect atleast 5%. Also is 4.31 is good rating or not? Pls advise friends.

Whenever I tell someone in my family or people who are not from IT that I was a employee in TCS . They think i have a good package , it's a good company, trusted company .
But little did they know i had 3 years of experience and still my salary was less than 30k per month.
In 2022 how people can live with this salary. And they want know to come to office which will cost around 5-6k for travelling.
How can a family person live in this salary , educate their children in good school.

Few days back i got my resignation acceptance email from tcs HR. I did not get any calls that they want to retain me with offering some extra pay. Hr just asked my offering details i told them I am going for better pay
At last working day they wont surprise me right we want to offer you some extra pay and think about it. We will extend your last working day for 1 or 2days to take your decision.
Please share your thoughts,if any one has faced this issue.
