I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. The Variable Pay Bonus (VPN) is usually credited in August Month's salary (31st August). My question is , if I am on notice during that time , will I get my bonus? Since Bonus is calculated based on previous years performance. Also , another trailing question is , do I have to pay it back if my LWD is sometime in September?

My DOJ at ey gds is 26th Oct. In the offer letter it was stated that i can work remotely until I'm asked to join the office. But within the offer letter itself they have provided info regarding reallocation reimbursement. So should i actually go to the office on 26th or can i work remotely until I'm asked to join the office.
