Please tell me I didn’t do something stupid. I just had an interview last week and I’m really interested in this position. I also just had my best performance review in my career and so I shared the details of my feedback with the hiring manager who interviewed me last week. I was proud to share it and it was glowing feedback but have you ever done something like this before? In hindsight I wonder if this might not have been such a good idea after all. Idk just scared/nervous about it now.

I’m currently negotiating a salary increase as part of my promotion from Recruiting Operations Coordinator (making 50k in the Portland metro area), and I want to make sure I’m making a reasonable ask. I received an offer to do freelance consulting for Infor M3 ERP around European market. Currently, I’ve been employed in Infor for almost 3 years. My worry in accepting the offer is I will no longer have an access to Infor library and some related sites where I can find some related process documentation and NCR. Do you think it’s a good career move to accept the offer? By the way, the offer rate is €35 per hour (excluding OPEX) and the contract is for 1 year.
