I have interviewed with Harman for the position of HR Recruiter and have an HR Discussion today. They've mentioned that they'll be providing me 20-30% Hike on my current CTC whereas I am looking forward for atleast 50% fixed hike.

How shall I negotiate?
And will they provide me my minimum expectations if I Negotiate?
And is Harman a good organization to work with?

I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed.
