What is the notice period in _VOIS
Globant I have been betrayed by Globant HR. I have been offered 27 from globant. HR told me that they are gonna release the offer letter for 25 and will revise it to 27 at 4 days prior to my joining. I was busy with my new house interior work during my notice period so I couldn't apply to other companies for a better offer. Now before joining they are not keeping their words and only giving me 26.75. Is absconding a good idea?
I'm planning to join Thomson Reuters and my package is 15 lpa fixed + 1.5lpa is variable pay (yoe 5 , skillset - python(4years),SQL(5Years),Snowflake(2years), aws(2years)). The expected Shift timing is 2pm to 11 pm. After this offer, I stopped giving interviews but I'm getting lot of calls as I'm serving last month of my notice period. Im not that good at negotiating things.Need advise please. Am I well paid for my experience & skillsets? How much is the 2nd shift allowance in Thomson Reuters??

Thankyou. I don't mind loosing salary ,just worried if they would create any problem ( i don't have intentions to join the company anytime in future)
Please check with company A don't make assumption, if they willing to pay you will get chance to work in A else they themself hold ur offer and you shouldn't have to worry since you already informed and they made decision on your offer
Don't do this A-B testing with fishes here. One needs to clearly attribute A and B to the companies in question. Only then a sensible answer can be provided.
