Hi folks,My brother got Offer letter from PWC SDC today and he submitted only current company's offer letter,hike letter and payslip and education documents.

1. Do they ask other previous companies documents?
2.Generally Background will be done before releasing offer or when they will initiate BGC?

Recruiter told me the role normally has 3 interviews but both of my first two were with partners and they might just be able to make a decision between the two of them and not have a third…Can you bypass rounds?

Seen a lot of “my company is so amazing posts” continuously on LinkedIn a la “here at XYZ we give people lots of time off and it’s amazing” or even “so happy XYZ company allowed me to take maternity/paternity leave” - are folks just trying to look like team players or do employees get some sort of incentive for doing this at companies? I feel like the folks I see that work at Salesforce (for example) do this constantly and more so than other big companies.

I paid off my mortgage yesterday and we are totally debt free (after getting out from that, car debt, and student loans). But I feel like if I tell people they will judge me.

It won't be a bad idea to have a therapist available in this bowl for all the people going through a hard time.

I have job offer from two of the big4s. One is PWC SDC Kolkata and another is KPMG Global.

KPMG is offering 1.5 lakhs extra in fixed pay and 1.5 lakhs as joining bonus.

However in PWC SDC they have shift allowance of 700/day(not mentioned in offer letter).

I am bit confused amongst two. Please share your thoughts and guide me to choose the right one considering Work life Balance, Career growth, Exposure etc.

It's being more than a month I had HR discussion with Capgemini's HR , that time he said he gonna release offer Letter within 10 days..but till now i haven't received offer.
Everytime when I contacted HR or the middle person, they always use to say same thing that they gonna release offer letter this week..or this Friday..or before the weekend..but i haven't received offer letter till now.
I want to know.. is this common in Capgemini?
Or they also considering other for same post?

In ADP portal, however, I don't see any option that says how much of 1.5Lacs is filled up by pf/vpf. I get options to include elss, ppf, HRA etc etc.
