Hi! Can anyone with kids speak on traditional daycares v. in home daycare and why they picked one over the other. I’m currently expecting and plan to be on maternity leave for 4 months before putting my baby in daycare. I’ve toured both and I’m torn. Currently working in a good fintech company. I am very happy with work and culture. Received an offer from Atlassian(remote - not preferred) too. I got a counter offer from my current firm(still less than Atlassian) which I initially had declined politely but now I am thinking of staying back. Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.
