I have given an interview on HSBC, When I got first call from HR I discussed expected CTC 30 LPA and HR agreed to it but during final round with project hiring manager they said maximum they can provide is 27 LPA.
Should I accept the offer?

So I’m thinking of taking a pharmacy tech course at my local community college. It is often seen in tech roles that employees are able to do remote work. I wonder how engaged do these workers feel with the companies they work. Are these freelance? Full time? How do you get paid? The startup I work with provides perks and benefits to remote workers in addition to pretty convenient payment solutions (crypto, our e-Wallet, banks worldwide), and therefore I’d like to get to know your thoughts on this!

I have offers from JP Morgan and Johnson controls and I am confused in choosing between both. Both are offering same package 15LPA fixed and Johnson controls also provides a variable of 1.4LPA , my YOE is 5.6. Johnson controls is offering a better tech stack. Position in Johnson controls - Senior DevOps Engineer and in JP Morgan the work could involve monitoring and pretty monotonous. Could someone please comment your thoughts?

My college's HoD forwarded a mail for on campus placement of hsbc for batch of 23, she knew that I am very interested in jobs in financial institutions(like banks etc).
