Now there is an opportunity of Onsite to Sweden is building up for the project.
Here are my queries!!!

How much as package should I expect in Sweden?
What is the average cost of living in Sweden and how much is required for a normal living life as a single and with family?

Planning to take my daughter 2.5 years and wife there once settled in.

Has anyone ever asked for a raise and subsequently regretted making the ask?

Just got an offer for an account supervisor position- automotive luxury at a full service agency in NYC for $85K. I feel like that’s low considering I have 4.5 years of experience. Thoughts? Need to send a response ASAP.

As consultants, a key skill is selling bullshit work the client doesn't need, to inflate sales.

But it feels like the bullshit is infectious, and it bloats internal firm work with inane tasks, esp. if that work is unpaid.

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.

1. Monthly performance pay
2. Performance bonus

Which one is the variable component? I guess the "performance bonus". Please suggest.
