A company I am interviewing for gave me a voluntary disclosure of compensation form for my current position. Should I fill this out for chance of higher pay? Are there possible repercussions?

I just bombed my first case interview. The interviewer said I seemed lost, and he wasn't wrong. Nerves definitely got the best of me. I have the second part of the interview (another case with a different interviewer) coming up next week. I guess I'm wondering if I blew the whole thing? Design question for my work from home ladies - how did you decorate around a standing desk, large monitors, etc?

I find that with a large monitor there’s not so much I can put on the wall without having the monitor partially cover it - especially when the desk moves.

I don’t mind if the decor is covered when I’m using it standing, but want it to look nice when it’s lower down. Also find that with the monitor/laptop another square on the wall is too much of the same shape - any inspiration?

I am serving my notice period and have received an email where I need to upload the actual investments in a portal they have share. In addition, they have also asked to upload form 12BB. Can you tell me the process to get this form 12BB? As per my knowledge, form 12BB is received when we upload the actuals in the tax declaration portal during the month of January. But I am not able to access that portal now... can someone please guide how to do this?

How serious is this type of discrepancy?
