As far as reviews go- does everyone check Glassdoor and indeed before applying? I’ve had a couple companies reach out to me but they’re a 3.6 or 3.4 and doesn’t really spike my interest. I usually try and work for companies that are at least a 4.0 so I have some sanity left at the end of the day.

Theyve asked me to research 3 people at their company to whom Id sell a product to. Any advice? I need to inform them what product id sell, what id say, and how id research them. I had my final rounds at Mck on Friday for a senior data science analyst role. 2/3 interviews went well (case interview with the partner went great and the problem solving was good too based on communication feedback). The tech experience interview was average. I couldn’t answer a couple of math code questions about my model, the interviewer said it’s fine let’s move on. I know I could’ve done better but this guy was very technical and I got nervous. My question is is 2/3 good to get an offer?

Are you folks happy with your decision to make a career in sales? I’m young working in tech sales, but also have my bachelors in psychology, and could see my self happily going for my masters maybe even PHD and being a counselor.

Do I work at a toxic workplace? We had a team touchbase where we as a group were asked our concerns regarding year end. I raised my concerns about staffing/expectations (the team is 75% new) since last year was demanding with us being up to 1 AM the day before deadline. My director was on the call but not my VP. My VP reached out today and said he doesn’t appreciate hearing such comments on the grapevine but I was confused b/c all i did was answer the question I was asked.
