Got selected in Accenture for 'Associate Manager' position. I have 8 YoE. HR round today. Someone please tell me what's the maximum salary I can ask the HR? My expectation is 22 LPA fixed (I know Accenture has 20% variable pay). Is this fair amount or is there a chance HR can agree over and above 22 LPA as well?

Can you ask for too big of a raise? Is 40% too much if you think that’s what market rates are for people with similar experience?

We’re at the end of refinancing and my loan officer wants a letter indicating what my federal student loan payments will be after the forbearance is over. My last recalculation happened in 2019, so I gave him that letter but he says it’s too old. The loan verification letter from Fedloan reflects just $0 payments and $0 due, in forbearance until September. Has anyone else run into this and if so, how did you get around it? Hi Fishes, in my HR negotiation at Infosys(Bangalore) the hr has offered me only 14.7 where my current ctc is 8.6. I am Mainframe professional with 8.5 yoe. I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?
