10 to 15 days before LWD because it takes some time for HR to get approvals to revise the compensation.

Hi everyone,

I was affected by layoffs about a month ago and urgently looking for a good immigration lawyer. The lawyer should be experienced in handling this 60 day grace period situation and developing alternate strategies - such as change of status to B1/B2 or applying to jobs from India. I’ve been trying to get hold of this as information is not consistent. Do I need to have MOFA Attestation in addition to the UAE Embassy Attestation from home country or will that be managed by the company in UAE itself?

I've been working at a company for just over a year now and have discovered my pay is way below what I should be on - I'm a senior and my male equivalent is on double what I'm on.
Recently having a pay review my boss tells me it was a mistake that I've got senior on my job contract and it should've been mid consultant, however my boss now considers me a senior and I can get a pay rise at the end of the year. What would you do? Do I wait till the end of the year for a pay review?

I am a software developer with 2.4 years of experience and looking for a job change. I am holding two offers from bain and company ( software developer - 12.5 lpa) and neudesic technologies (consultant 2 - 16 lpa) . Which one should i join considering better work opportunities and work culture?

🔥I asked for #1 joining bonus in BNY but not received joining bonus.
#2 Demanded 10-20% extra on current offer but they matched offer and release offer without discussion ( I accepted as backup )
Week of difference in 1st company (wk-1)& BNY( wk-2).

Bny purposely release matching offer ? will they increase offer & provide joining bonus ?

Note: 1 month NP pending & nothing in pipeline ( reduced interview call)

Best way to handle such scenario to get best result from bny

I have got offer letter for 30LPA from XYZ and joined company for client allstate on sept 1st . But now XYZ company is saying they haven’t got the approval for 30LPA from Allstate and they are still waiting for the update. It’s been 15days since I joined , and XYZ said my payroll has started from the day I joined ie 1sept only as mentioned in offer letter.

Now , what do they mean by not getting approval from Allstate client for 30LPA ? Can they reduce my ctc now ?
