( I have not watched the video, sharing it here just for information purposes. Make decision by doing your own research).
Try to upskill and then switch, because for 1.3 years of experience there not much openings and hike is also not good. At least 2 YOE looks good on resume
Which bond ?

Training Bond it was 2 lack for 2 years, but I am resigning within 1.3 yrs because of no project
Isn't there a chance that you can instead upskill for few more months since there is no project anyway, and leave exactly after 2 years?
No project and they're giving salary also. It's actually a win-win situation right😅

If they have spent money on your training and you have signed a bond then there is no option to reduce or neglect it.
But if they ask you to leave instead of you resigning then you need not pay.
Does company have proof that it has invested 2L?
In the bond they have written
Typically if you resign stating some medical reasons or family emergency sort of a thing they don't ask you to pay the bond amount.
Maybe it's time to tell them about that tumour you were diagnosed with. (Apologies for the dark humour. Stay healthy. Gbu.)
Best hack is to stop working and deliberately put very less efforts in work. They'll only ask you to resign. Or fire you
Seek help from a lawyer but talk to hr first.
You can hire a lawyer for 5-10k to write legal letter and followup. Bond is modern day slavery, so they can not back it up in court. Even if it goes to court, you will spend less than 25k. You will be able to finish within 3 months. I highly doubt they will go to court.
