worth discussing but you likely won't get that big of a hike. It's easier to negotiate when you have another offer in hand tbh

Did you know the fixed CTC before accepting? Or did they just give you range?

They didn't tell anything fixed or variable. Only when I got the offer breakdown I came to know .Now they are telling its system generated and they can't change further

It's really tough to re-negotiate AFTER accepting an offer. I suppose if you have proof that you are being offered less than what you should be, perhaps they'd be willing to reconsider. There's just not as much leverage once you've already taken the job.
