EY Consulting London Folks - I got shortlisted for SM interview in the Business Consulting GBS space. The first interview had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer's unavailability (and this was 10 days back). I haven't heard back from the scheduler/recruiter since then. The application status on the Careers page says "You are in the hiring team phase of our interview process".

Should I keep my hopes of being interviewed alive? I have restrained from mailing them till now.

Do you feel that working in HR area is less prestigious than in strategy, finance or any other function? Also perception from S&O and MBB colleagues is sometimes arrogant.

I work as a BDR/SDR for a marketing SaaS company and I have about 5 years of sales experience under my belt. My company is fairly new and has been changing a lot. The employee turnover is insane right now and it’s making me worried that I might get laid off eventually.
I’m trying to find a way to get out of sales and into something like product management, sales enablement, or sales/revenue ops. Is there a way in to these roles with my prior experience? If so, how would to talk to it?

Question - for anyone who received paid leave and short term disability pay from NY state, is there a tax document I should be receiving to claim that income? I received the max benefit for the full applicable period so a fair percentage of my income in 2020 came from those benefits. I received all my other W2s but nothing from the state and was wondering when or if anything would come or how I should include it.

I had my HR interview with Eaton after clearing 2 Technical rounds. I am React Developer with 5.5 years of experience.

I have an offer from Saama Technology of 21 LPA. I demanded 25L from eaton.

My current CTC was 9.21 LPA in Accenture, will eaton give me offer of 25 LPA? If yes in how many days?
