Hi, for the past year I have been studying IT for a career change, and studying for Comptia A+, I have now passed Core1, on Friday I have my Core2 then getting the Certification. For an entry level position as a Cyber Security Consultant with no experience, so all training would be on the job, what should the expected salary be (living in London) , some advice would be great. I have landed a job, and would like to know if the offer is decent.

I haven’t had a raise in 18 months. I have a review coming up in a few months. Our firm does not believe in raises - they push the bonus structure. I have been working my ass off - working up cases, for a couple settlements completed, and working another settlement. I need some advice - should I give them a number for a raise or let them decide and possibly undervalue me.

I recently found out that a PT aide was making the same amount as me. Later, I found out the other aide who had been there very few months was also making the same (if not very close) to me after a recent $1 increase (due to my discovery). Both of these aides are men. The level of responsibility that falls on them verses what I am responsible for is truly laughable. I have seen jobs advertised for lead administrator coordinators for 24-26 an hour(with less responsibilities). Anyone else?

What is an internal equity audit?
