Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

Yo, where my Pros at?!?!

Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

My company had a summer internship program where we have 15-20 interns across the company. Each intern position is requested by leadership with a particular project they are supposed to work on. They have weekly meetings with their supervisors to stay on track. At the end of the summer, they present their projects to the board.
We created a checklist for their objectives for the summer and had a selection of topics for them to choose to do a presentation on at the end of the summer. We were doing the internship to determine if we would then offer a full-time post graduate Management Trainee program, so the checklist would follow them if they did accept full-time. There was not an expectation that the complete the whole checklist, it was considered more of a syllabus for the summer and performance feedback was based on info from their direct manager, check-in class with program manager and their presentation at the end of the summer.
1. Identify company strategies for that year
2. Identify the department’s (where the intern program is org’d under) objectives to support #1
3. Map each intern program activity to #2, showing it’s supporting dept goals while driving company success for that year
4. Lump 3-5 of those intern key activities and post them up on the PMS
