They said the contract will keep upgrade.
And salary is 280 GBP/Day .
Did anyone here working from London/UK location or working in London from Virtusa.

Accept TCS offer as they gave you 24 hours to accept and only 10 days left in your np. After few months start looking job again. Your base package will be revised in TCS without adding any job switch. Your skill is hot and after few months you can garb offer of 25+ easily. Keep brushing skills during this time.
Go for TCS. You are having offers from similar type of organization. Your package will increase without switch on your resume. And then try searching for job again after 6 months. You will atleast get 18 20 since your current would be 11 at that time.
Great. Join Fujitsu. I once had offer of Fujitsu but I was not able to join it due to location. It's a good organization with great job security.

I would go for CTS as they are not matching the offer even after serving the company as a loyal resource for 7 years. Eventually I deserve 30% extra on my highest CTC as I served more time.

Bro take this suggestion if money is major factor for your change then know that your skills are really hot and you could easily grab an offer of atleast 20 in your remaining 10 days of NP.
You are under-valuating yourself. With the YOE and skills you deserve atleast min 20LPA

Bro I am at same position as yours.. 6.6yoe 6.3LPA..but have offer in hand for 26fixed and 2JB. And still 18 days left for the notice period. You deserve better.. Try hard

Stay in TCS and again try after 6 months, because your salary is too low as per the Market,yoe and tech you are working.on.
Have you tried to re negotiate your offer ? If not, you should try. Believe me they can offer you around 20 LPA
