Hi friends. Freelance Senior CW (7-8 years) here, currently negotiating a 2 month freelance contract at mcgarrybowen. They want my hourly rate which is always tricky in my opinion. My typical day rate is 800/day (Atlanta, Chicago). I'm thinking of saying $100/hour, but want to be competitive. Thoughts?

(For context, I have no idea whether this is for their NYC or Chicago office.)

Got an offer for Sr. A.E selling SaaS. $150K base, OTE $275K and 20,000 RSU (5 years vest) but value of RSU is undisclosed since this is a startup.

Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? Anyone else have experience moving from a high-pressure agency with a lot of room for creativity to a more laid back agency with some technical clients thrown in? How did you adjust?
