Hi Friends , Got offer from Deutsche bank. Salary structure is really confusing here. Please let know is employee and employer pf is included in fixed pay ? Or fixed pay is the inhand salary and both pfs are excluded from this. Fixed pay = Basic + Flexi benefits. There is no CTC mentioned in offer letter . Its just RTC which is mentioned and thats fixed + variable
