I am currently working as Audit senior assistant at deloitte USI and my promotion is due in upcoming June month in deloitte. I Got an offer from KGS australian region as senior 2 position and hike is 25% from current package. I heard that worklife balance is good at KGS normally it is 8-9 hrs max job in a regular day but quality of work is not at par with deloitte USI really confused about whether should i make a switch or stay back in deloitte and wait for promotion?

Anyone ever done a traveling PTA position? What was your experience? Was it worth it? I know the on boarding is limited and usually thrown to the wolves in those positions. Just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences and dos and donts.

Any attorneys in the Bay Area practicing just in estate planning (not litigation), can you give your take on whether you would get enough business to do only planning? I'm currently doing family law and I want to start moving away from litigation. For family law there really isn't a non litigation role that produces enough business (i.e. mediation). I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.
