I will suggest to accepting the offer, and during the notice period, try another opportunity then do a counter offer.....since if you are not accepting the offer, sometimes it's cancelled as well.

The 2.06 shown include pf ,great an all that.its general structure of salary.20L/12 = 2L per month but that includes tax pf and a lot of deductions. So you would get around 1.5+ with 25 lpa.
Agree, for 2 lakh in hand with tax deduction included, you fixed component needs to be 30+ atleast, obviously subject to your pf contribution ( depends on your basic) and your investments for tax saving.
