TD / RBC AVP, 160 - 170K Base 50% bonus + stock, etc.
CPPIB D, 150 - 170K base 50% bonus
CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%)
Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.

IBM is offering me the position of Test Specialist with 7A band but it has offered the position of Senior Consultant with 6B band to my friend.

We both are having 6 YOE in Testing and have been tagged to the same project in IBM.

Then why this difference?? Am I loosing out on my designation?? Or is my friend loosing out on band??

On 25th September I have completed my PDM discussion with IBM and HR told me I was selected and they will be releasing offer soon. After that I tried to contact HR, occasionally they will answer my call and telling that it is in process or HR is on leave. I sent many emails but didn’t get any reply. I am interested to join IBM.
