Inflation soaring all time high . Groceries, petrol already inflated . Today maid has asked to revise her salary which I had increased by 12.5% according to her demand . Landlord asked to revise 10% rent in March which I had to agree .

With no hike at mindtree and inflation soaring high, salary has depreciated over last year but organisation is not bothered about that. So , I am forced to look for opportunities within 1.2 year of joining this organization.

Folks without Pharma experience get dinged a lot when they try to apply for Pharma roles. I Resigned on last friday from the portal and i have 2 concerns at the moment i'll cover that in 2 posts.

1. When i tried to press the submit button it showed me an error popup with message saying something like "redundant entry". i'm sure I didn't submit resignation before that ever. But when i came out of the resignation window it was showing resignation submitted on 8/4/22. Kind of weird thing but could it cause in trouble in my clearance process ??

I have completed my technical and HR discussion also done with my CIS last Thursday post then HR interview happened on this Monday. So when I can expect my offer letter? Any idea and also I have left with only 11 days of my notice period believing only this offer as of now. So your answers will be helpful for me. Thank you
