Maybe he has something going on and is massively stressed. It sounds like it’s out of norm

Do you feel like maybe this outburst was more about his anxieties than it was about you? I know it's probably raw fright now, but it sounds like something to revisit. Couples therapy is a great idea if you think it's worth it Often times some partners think they need to people please and it leads to resentment, but that is something that can be worked out as long as you both want to

I also have anxiety and panic attacks. I know it’s tough for a S/O to deal with the unpredictable nature of these things. So, I agree with the above - go to counseling. It could be that your S/O is just going through something or was just having a bad day. But it could also be that he is just not emotionally or mentally capable of supporting you in the way you need to be supported while also taking care of himself.

22, healthy, single, M. Should I really max my HSA? I completely understand the triple tax savings but my thought process is I don’t think I’ll have a large med expense for a while. I know, I know, I know anything could happen but the likelihood is pretty low rn and I don’t want to lock this money up for solely health costs when I rather be saving for a house down payment or continued education. I still plan to contribute to it, but should I really max it out at my age??

Building off a thread from a few days ago on how long you waited to consultant an RE. If I am under 35 and have not been trying for 12 months, do I need to spin it to my doctor like I have? It seems bad to not give my doc the real info but I also don’t want to be turned away and I think I’ve heard you have to tell them it’s been 12 mo to get insurance to cover it. Any insight?

I wanted to post this for those who see and those who need to see: I, along with you, feel dejected by my current position. But I went to an absolutely no name school and could not find a job out of college for 5-6 months. Randomly got an interview request from PwC for a position I never applied for through LinkedIn. All this to say, everyones path is different and yours will work out how it should. Everything happens for a reason, assuming you always put your best foot forward. May we succeed.

Seeking advice on how to choose between a mid tier technical accounting advisory offer and Big 4 audit. Worked in audit at a local firm and wanted a bigger platform. Would love to switch to advisory to be more well rounded. Mid tier advisory offers higher salary but also thinking big 4 has a better platform and maybe better exit opportunities in the long run? Can’t decide between Cornell’s Metro vs. Americas EMBA program. They both seem to be great and offer an Cornell MBA upon graduation. Americas costs about 155k while the Metro NY costs 205k. Both programs are 60 credits in different formats. I can’t seem to understand the difference in price. I like the Americas program because of its flexibility (can attend from selected cities across the US so I would not be stuck in NY). I like the Metro NY for the in-person classroom environment.

So I've seen a number of articles floating around recently saying all Americans (not just the priority groups) could get the covid-19 vaccines by April. Thoughts on whether that is actually highly likely? I initially thought end of 2021 was more likely, but perhaps I should be more optimistic?
