I know it's probably raw fright now, but it sounds like something to revisit. Couples therapy is a great idea if you think it's worth it
Often times some partners think they need to people please and it leads to resentment, but that is something that can be worked out as long as you both want to
I also have anxiety and panic attacks. I know it’s tough for a S/O to deal with the unpredictable nature of these things. So, I agree with the above - go to counseling. It could be that your S/O is just going through something or was just having a bad day. But it could also be that he is just not emotionally or mentally capable of supporting you in the way you need to be supported while also taking care of himself.
