It's been month I have joined LTI, Got assigned to maintenance and support project with old tech stack. I'm not having latest techstack i.e Angular, .Net core and Azure.
However got package above par. What should I do.. I'm looking for long term with LTI with this salary

Was recently offer a position at Amazon, recruitor asked how much I want , I said 200k and then he told me for your position the midpoint at this location is 170k, then he asked me what’s the minimum number I’ll consider and I said 190k, and after 1 day he came back and told me it’s approved for 190k and how much extra miles they had to went to get it approve and no one make that much in the team currently. I thank him and said will get back to him, is there still room to go? Is this offer final Amazon

Pull any other offer and cross with LTI.. for P4 - more than 30 is good as P3 grade is having 30 LPA average.
Thanks..I'll try for the same..actually initially they offered more but then at the last stage reduced the ctc saying 90 days notice period there are chances I will not join LTI and get a counter offer..So their strategy seems to be to offer less and then increase on counter..so you seem to be bang on!
P4=Senior specialist = Manager.
