Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Ok to be frank you cant learn anything in a week or so. You need continuos practice. So here's some advice i can give you to notch your DSA and problem solving.
1. Solve atleast a problem on leetcode daily
2. Try optimizing the same problem if it is easy or medium.
3. Google list of questions asked in Amazon, microsoft, google and try to solve few problems daily.
Doing this continiously wll improve your logical thinking, your approach to solve any problem. You will start seeing improvement in few weeks only.

just know whatever algorithms exists and get comfortable to apply them. Dont start with code, recruiters are so helpful and start solving with pseudo code. You can do it, dont stress out. Time is also important here. If you are stuck ask for help or check if you could get another question. All the best
Thanks everyone 😊
