Do base % increases get smaller as you progress through the ranks at big 4? Or does it stay about the same?

I don't like counting the chickens before my eggs hatch, but I do have to start thinking what happens if things do work out? I have been interviewing for a few companies and believe that I may see an offer in the next month or so.

Besides comparing base and bonus, what things should I be comparing? Both tangible and not?

Also, I have a cash balance pension plan; I know the companies I am talking with do not have that; has anyone here left a company voluntarily with that benefit?

What does it mean when you ask the salary range for a position during the screening interview with the recruiter, and the recruiter tells you the target base salary is $115k? Does that mean if I am offered the job the offer will be for $115k base?

Hey ladies, anyone here work in marketing (agency side), how much bonus can a senior analyst expect to receive at EOY and how much salary increase is expected?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?

Any tips for helping to get operations work recognized? I’m officially in ops but cover programs, business, and catch-all organizational needs. In the last year we rebranded and scaled 500% (staff, program offerings, funding) and I was the sole employee covering organizational ops at 100% during that time. When I proposed a title and compensation review, I was told I didn’t achieve enough impact. Unfortunately skills in project management and operations are not weighed heavily in comp reviews.

Partners, how does it work when a SM like myself supports MDs and their BD teams write killer proposals (I'm a SME in a specific tech) and we win major work (last 4 months alone, I've contributed to $20M in sales). Prior to me joining we lost a lot projects in this tech because we didn't have someone like me to contribute and sure the proposals were technically sound. Anyway, do I get a bonus? A raise? Nothing? AWS-SAA question (newbie): I know AWS account is a root account & by default gives user access/permissions to all the AWS services. You need to have an aws account first to then create IAM users to define who they are, permission groups they’re in, and the level of access/permissions they have to a bucket/object for example. So....when the IAM users are added, do they receive a notification with the url to access the environment? Do they need an aws account as well? Confused on difference
