I have recently joined company and as a new joinee he was my reporting manager.
He joined for tea and later during 5 days training his behaviour was too friendly.

I joined the current company when I was about 2 months pregnant and they were extremely welcoming.. My baby is now 2+ years and we are planning to have another baby soon. What are your views on opting for the maternity leaves 2nd time within 3.5 years of joining the company? Would it reflect badly on me? Btw, I'm a high perfomer at my company and have also had a promotion recently. I am feeling too guilty but baby no.2 is also a priority given the age factor and the fertility concerns
