I answered every question even interview ended on a very good note andI was confident that I will definitely make it to the next round then after an hour later I got the rejection email.

Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.
