I'm currently working as staff 3. I've offer from Deloitte with 22% hike from my current CTC.

Should I move to Deloitte or wait till I'm promoted to senior, as I have heard the hike will be good for staff to senior promotions.

Wait in EY because it doesn't make sense to switch for 22%. Whereas if you are getting promoted, you can expect something near to that in the same organization.

Usually within-org promotions generally receive 25-35% raise. No point to switch to Deloitte for a 22% raise.

Had a connect with our partners recently, regarding the promotions this year. He said that there are too many seniors in your company, as almost all Staff 3 got promoted to Senior last year. This year that won't happen. Reason Ey is recruiting more staffs. I'll suggest you to take the offer from Deloitte.

Need quick guidance....

I have 9.5 YOE already serving Notice period. Got offer for SAT TSE IT service line

1) I have got designation ASSOCIATE MANAGER Grade 42. Is it good for 9.5 YOE

2) current offer in hand is 25 LPA 22 fixed 3 variable. EY GDS offered 23.5 fixed + 10% bonus. Should I ask more?

3) I also asked for joining bonus as I will be joining in 30 days but HR declined. Should I bargain hard for joining bonus. If HR increase the offer that is 23.5 LPA?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
