Please expect 50% or lesser of total variable pay for first year. And slightly better from next year onwards, given your utilisation is high and not on bench. If you are on bench you will not get variable for that period. Variable pay is big scam in Accenture to show you high CTC and pay you very less in actual. Also variable pay is dependent on your performance, project performance, company performance, utilisation, project budget, lauda-lahsun....

In Accenture, your variable pay not only depends on your performance but also depends on your resource utilisation (this is again a different calculation. It'll be good to ok if you are in project. If in bench, very less) and also you have to take competency test before June. And your competency result should be P3 atleast. After all this, feedback from manager, supervisor and apart from project what you have contributed to the organisation and budget also matters. So I would say you will always get less than 50% of your variable pay in Accenture. Better forget about it or work like there is no tomorrow!
