Hi folks, I'm feeling so BAD. I'm working so hard, and giving 200% effort in my project at wipro. My team having 3 to 5 years experience folks and I'm a campus fresher. I'm working as same and sometimes better than experienced folks.

Manager gave me 3 rating. And the reason he told, I cannot give u rating as same as the experienced folks get.

I felt so disappointed that work is not being recognized and felt no use of working hard.

Is 30 LPA a lot for 7 years experienced IT professional? My friend received an offer of 17 LPA from an organization 45 days back and had planned on rejecting it but not they've revised it to 30 since she has a counter offer of 27.
